Description
BO SA-HPS is a kind of proved good drilling fluid additives which can be widely applied and has a lot of advantages. BO SA-HPS is a petroleum sulfonate made water soluble by a unique solvent media process. It contains high water soluble content and a certain amount of oil soluble content. Comparing to normal modified asphalt, BO SA-HPS contains more absorbing group, so it absorbing on the shale interface through electrical absorption, and shows reasonable anti-sloughing and filtration control property with lower temperature influence. Therefore, it can be applied in various water-base drilling fluids. Due to its high water solubility and certain oil solubility, its performance is comparable to that of Chevron Phillips SOLTEX.
Recommend dosage: 3.5-10.5ppb.
Product features:
1)Dispersed in various water based drilling fluids, inhibit drilling cuts from dispersing and stabilize YP of mud.
2)Good sealing capacity, improve the mud cake quality and control the filtration loss under high temperature (up to 200 ℃) and high pressure condition.
3)High available content and low impurity comparing to other sulfonated asphalt products, so it is good to stabilize the borehole.
4)Reduce torque and drag, avoid pipe stuck.
5)Perform sealing agents in OBM.
6)No harm to oil and gas reservoir.
Package and storage:
Packed in 25kg per bag net each with PE inner. And sealed and stored in cool, dry conditions.
