Description
BO HELB-201 is Synthetic esters which are prepared with mineral oil and vegetable oil as base oil, modified by high temperature and high pressure reaction, introducing metal groups, supplemented by EP additives and surfactants containing S, B, N, etc. BO HELB-201 molecules contain strong adsorption groups and high content of EP elements, which can form a chemical adsorption film with high strength and toughness on the wellbore and drilling tools, and contain strong hydration groups, which has excellent salt resistance; the metal groups on the molecules can be combined with the metal on the surface of drilling tools through covalent bonds to form a firm adsorption, which is used to enhance the performance of high-density drilling fluids under high temperature, high salt and EP conditions It is a good EP lubricant without viscosity and foaming.
Recommend dosage: 2.0-3.0% (V / V).
