Description
BO HTDFL is synthesized from acrylamide (AM), acrylic acid (AA), sulfonic acid (AOBS), epichlorohydrinand a new ring structure of cationic monomer under the effect of the initiator through many multi-step polymerizations. It can increase the viscosity effectively in freshwater muds and increase the viscosity slightly in saltwater muds, reduce the filtration loss, improve the quality of mud cake, inhibit clay dispersion. BO-HTDFL performs well up to 180℃ and is suitable for seawater drilling fluids, deep well and ultra-deep well drilling fluids. It can resist salt to saturation and resist calcium and magnesium well.
Recommend dosage: 3–5ppb.
Features:
1) Perform well up to 220℃, can be used for deep and ultra-deep wells.
2) Resist salt up to saturation and resist calcium up to 10,000 ppm, so it can be applied in freshwater, saltwater, saturated saltwater and seawater drilling and completion fluids.
3) Decrease FLHTHP effectively, improve mud cake quality.
4) Shows a certain degree of inhibiting clay from hydrating.
