Description
Sodium polyacrylate is a linear water-soluble polymer. Low molecular weight has scale inhibition, dispersion, and corrosion inhibition effects, it mainly used in oilfield chemicals and viscosity reducing agents for drilling. High molecular weight can enhance the inhibitory ability of polymer drilling fluids. As a filtrate reducer for drilling fluid, it can effectively improve the lubricity and stability of the mud, reduce water loss in the drilling mud, effectively prevent sticking and leaking, and improve drilling efficiency. As a dispersant, it can be used in combination with other water treatment agents for oilfield water injection.
